Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.

Q: What is your Shipping Policy?
A: Items are assembled or made after your order is processed. Therefore, most Items will ship within 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

AK, HI, APO/FBO's and P.O. Boxes add $10.00 to regular shipping charges for US Priority Mail shipment.

Oversized items will require an additional shipping charge, because some items are bulky or heavy. Costs to ship these items is always higher than other items. Examples: Queen Velvet Bedspread, King Comforter, Bedrest, etc.

Canadian orders are subject to applicable custom and duty fees upon receipt.

Q:  How do I get a color swatch sent to me to confirm the color and texture of the product I want to order?
A: 
We are able to send color swatches of our custom bedding products so you can touch and feel the fabric you are about to order.  However, we cannot guarantee the swatch color to be an exact match of the product you will receive; it will only be a good representative of that color.  Please do not use the color swatch to try to get an exact match with items you already have.  Fabric colors can vary up to 20% since dye lots and fabric colors vary from roll to roll and depending on which roll of fabric the swatch came from it may not be the same roll your product will be made from.  Because each order is custom made to your specifications after you order, it will not be eligible for return.  We want you to be satisfied with the product.  Please contact us if you have any questions about our product colors and/or guarantee.  If you would still like a color swatch, your request will go out the next business day for all requests made before 2pm MST.

Q: What do I do if I have problems with my order?
A: If you have problems with your order please contact us first thing. Then we can help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly.

Q: How can I update my user profile or change my password?
A: Log in then click on Welcome at the top of the page.

Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

Q: What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?
A: Due to our ever expanding product line an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: If the shipped to address is in Arizona, there will be an 8.05% sales tax charge.
